"Ello" Worm

   Hello again! Here's another post for your crafting week! Now lately I know I have been doing a lot of crafts from Homestuck, so today I'm going to mix things up a little bit. One of my friends had a birthday recently so I made the "Ello" worm off of labyrinth for her.







   I found an awesome crochet pattern for him on This Websitel. This craft took me around a day to make after some experimentation. The hardest parts were probably the face and hair, but all in all it wasn't too hard to make. I didn't really know how to crochet with swapping the colors without cutting the yarn, so I just cut the yarn and used the ends as extra stuffing for Mr. Worm here and  it worked pretty okay dokay. I just suggest that, as with all patterns, you pay close attention to the instructions so that you don't end up with a monster of yarn that hurts to look at.

   

   I experienced safety eyes for the first time, and yeah, they don't go in straight. Just another thing to make my creation a bit more terrifying unique though!
